The adult-only pool was very relaxing. i especially enjoyed the comfy loungers near the poolside restaurant. They looked brand new! daily apartment cleaning was a great touch and the air-conditioning worked perfectly. it was so nice to come back to a cool, fresh space each day.

the suite was spacious. it had a very well equipped kitchen.
my credit card was charged twice upon checkout and spoiled the whole experience. i emailed about this on september 3rd and received a reply the next day. the reply promised a refund but included no apology. i still haven't received any refund despite following up, this is very poor customer service.

I stayed in a luxury three-bedroom suite! it was cleaned every day which was great. breakfast was amazing. It had so much to choose from. the super nice team. The girls at reception really were pretty good.
the location is kinda far, so i needed a car to get around. the next shop was like a 15 minute walk! the reception seemed understaffed, and some people weren't too friendly. wifi was really bad, it barely worked.

the pools were great with options for busier or quieter areas. sun-loungers were plentiful around the pools. the apartment i booked for my family had three bathrooms (this wasn't clear in the pictures). the apartment was large and modern, very comfortable.
The location is a bit remote. A car is needed to reach shops and the beach.

the hotel provides access to a spa circuit (i didn't have time to visit it). there is also underground parking, a real bonus. the gym has modern equipment.

the breakfast was expansive (especially the fresh fruit). the rubi bar is available for drinks and snacks. i did not try other dining options, though several are available.

the resort is next to a golf course. the hilton provides a bus to the marina on occasion. the area is very calm and offers beautiful gardens to explore.
